Napoli are very interested in signing 19-year-old RB Salzburg midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai. The Hungarian player - who has a 25 million euros release clause in his contract - is the first name on the list of sporting director Giuntoli for the Azzurri's midfield. Napoli, that are also targeting Victor Osimhen for the attack, will hold a meeting with Szoboszlai's agents later this week.
The young midfielder would be a replacement for Allan, who could leave the club as Napoli have set an asking price of 30-35 million that could be attractive to several clubs and especially Everton.
Milan, however, remain in the background in the race for the Hungarian midfielder. Boban had even reached an agreement to sign him last January, however Napoli have taken control of the race to secure the player and remain hopeful to forestall potential moves from Milan next manager Ralf Rangnick.
