During the afternoon at Casa Milan a meeting lasting around an hour took place between the club's directors and vincenzo Pisacane, the agent of, among others, Lorenzo Insigne. The meeting was termed by the club as a "courtesy visit." It remains an outside possibliity that the Italian leaves Napoli, given that he has a year remaining on his contract and a significant salary.
But not to be discounted is the player's intentions: he has not yet made them known. Only after sitting with the Napoli directors after the season to discuss a possible extension will the situation clarify, in regards to a renewed deal with the club and the intentions of Napoli's captain.
