Arsenal recently welcomed new manager Unai Emery and now are looking for a revolution on the transfer market. They have begun to lay the groundwork for next season and as reported earlier, they are interested in Diallo of Manz. They also have their eyes set on Italy as they are very interested in Roma midfielder Lorenzo Pellegrini, born in 1996. The English club would like to purchase the player without paying his release clause. They are looking to the great rapport between their new coach Emery and Roma sporting director Monchi (the two worked together at Sevilla), in order to help them open negotiations. Pellegrini is also receiving strong interest from Juventus.
In addition to Pellegrini, Arsenal have also sent out a feeler for Praet of Sampdoria. They are looking to him as an alternative to Pellegrini, but it can't be ruled out that the Gunners will try and sign both players. They have already had concrete discussions with the agent of Praet, and they could even come to pay his release clause of 25 million euro. Praet has been followed by clubs in Italy such as Juventus, Inter, Roma and Napoli, but those clubs have not had any concrete negotiations.
