Atalanta's Emiliano Rigoni is the subject of an offer by River Plate looking to bring the forward back to Argentina. After leaving Zenit at the beginning of the season, Rigoni has not received playing time in Italy for coach Gasperini. The FIFA statute that bars a player from playing for three teams in a single year would rule out eligibility to play for River until June, but the South American club are appealing to the body to allow it to go ahead. The deal would be a loan move officially between Zenit and River Plate, who must provide their consent to him leaving Atalanta. Rigoni is possibly on the move, pending a decision by FIFA.
