Milan's priority for next January's transfer window will be to bolster their defensive unit. To reach their objective, the rossoneri are also looking to keep some of the more important players in that departement, including Davide Calabria. The club and the right-back's agent Alessandro Lucci held a meeting today at the club's headquarters to discuss a possible contract extension.
The rossoneri are also on the lookout for new signings, as they continue the talks with Barcelona over French defender Jean-Clair Todibo. The sides are negotiating over a possible transfer on loan with forced option to buy, but the two clubs have not reached an agreement on the figures of the deal yet. Barcelona have in fact set an asking price of €25 million and they push to include a buy-back clause in the contract for the 19-year old centre-back.
