The Argentinian coach has extended his contract with the club until 2023. The English club announced the news on its official website: "We are pleased to announce that Mauricio Pochettino has signed a new five-year contract with the club, with a new expiration date of 2023. Also, members of the First Team staff including Jesus Perez, Miguel D'Agostino and Toni Jimenez, have signed new contracts as well".
Satisfied is Pochettino, who was also approached by the Chelsea bench: "I am honored to have signed a new contract for such a long period - said the Tottenham coach - it will be an honor to be able to work with this club in the new stadium.
