At the 4' mark of Napoli-Parma, Kalidou Koulibaly was forced to leave the match with an injury. The issue is with the flexor in his right leg, and the central defender left early, replaced by Luperto. The injury came just after Kulusevski fired Parma into the lead, after Koulibaly lost his marker.
