Ivan Gazidis's new Milan is starting to take shape, as the Rossoneri's CEO has clear ideas on the club's structure going forward. The former Arsenal CEO, while awaiting for a response to his offer to Maldini (role as technical director, closer to the team, and a strategic central position at the club), is also planning to give a crucial role in the club's management to Geoffrey Moncada, who has been working at Milan as head scout since Dicember 2018.
After spending 6 years at Monaco, where he scouted young players such as Mbappé, Moncada was brought to Milan by Gazidis, and now he could work together with Maldini on the management of the sporting departement of the club. It could be a huge leap forward in the 31-year-old Frenchman's career that will most probably happen regardless of Maldini's response to Gazidis offer. However, the CEO's intent is to create a couple that could soon be operative and work on the transfer market, both on the search of a new coach and on the recruitment of new players.
