"Napoli are as strong as they were last season, but with a new coach who's done an incredible work. Juve has not changed a lot, besides CR7...". Marcello Lippi, former Juve and Napoli coach, has commented tomorrow's big game as he got back in Italy for Totti's birthday.
Interviewed by La Gazzetta dello Sport, the China national team coach has talked about the new Ancelotti Napoli: "Carlo has been great at keeping Sarri's work, adding his experience to it, an important psychological part that had an effect on the whole squad but also a tactical option to switch systems to allow his players to have 3-4 systems in which they are able to play".
In the long run, Ancelotti's method will have results: "Sarri didn't do turnover because he was looking for a maniacal connection between the 11 players starting the game, Carlo doesn't. In the end of the season, he'll have a less tired squad and up for the challenge because everyone will be used to play at the starters' level".
The Cristiano Ronaldo move is incredible: "There are people who are talking about Ronaldo giving less spaces to Dybala, it's not true. Allegri's said too, Paulo plays best between the lines. Cristiano is a champion that Zidane handled perfectly and Allegri now has to know him. He'll do it, and everyone will benefit from that. He can play everywhere and adapt to all the players. Allegri is good in the way he switches from system: once two strikers, then three. One time three defenders, then four. This is Juve's strength. Ancelotti is trying to do the same thing at Napoli: he'll succeed and he'll get good results in Europe too, where the Azzurri haven't been at their best yet. They need experience and Carlo has plenty of it".
