After leaving Milan following a thirty year run as club president, Silvio Berlusconi got back in the game after acquiring Monza, a team currently in Italy’s third division. The club is now ready to make their first addition in Simone Iocolano, a trequartista with Serie B experience who found himself without a contract following Bari’s bankruptcy.
Iocolano has been in contact with Monza recently, the deal is being negotiated by the club’s current sporting director Pippo Antonelli, who will be in charge until the sale is made official. Berlusconi is ready to welcome the first addition of his reign at Monza.
