Maurizio Sarri and Juventus succeded in taking all three points from their match with Lokomitv Moscow. Trailing into the second half, a Dybala brace settled the match for the bianconeri, securing the win against a determined opponent. Speaking afterwards to Sky Sport, Sarri gave his thoughts on the match:
"We didn't have big problems, they raised the intensity after they went ahead but we were good not to lose our heads. We took risks, but it was clear that we would be able to get back in the match. We had 28 shots on goal, created 8 goal-scoring chances, beating every record of ball possession in the Champions League. Dybala and Higuain together. It was the right time to try it. It wasn't easy for them, in the future we could again go with this solution. In certain conditions we could see the trident with them and Ronaldo again. From a physical standpoint the players were not great... thanks to us playing every 3 games, these games can happen."
