At an event presenting a new book by Italian journalist Italo Cucci about Massimo Moratti, the ex-president of Inter, both Moratti and Walter Sabatini, the current technical coordinator for the Suning Sports Group, were quoted speaking to Sky Sport. "Moratti is a landmark for Inter. I had to immerse myself in the history of Inter"-- said Sabatini, "I read the book, I am looking foward to getting a copy with a dedication. Texeira? We are evaluating him, his valuation will be determined by the market, certainly a new setting will be a good thing for him. Joao Mario? Like every player who is heading on his national team to the World Cup he wants to play more. Spalletti will find common ground with him. In the meantime we will hold on to him."

The comments from Moratti: "Inter is doing very well right now, it has all the tools to grow in an important way. Advice to the owners? Above all I would advise them to love what they do. It requires passion and to follow with care. Inter probably needs another defender and a striker. Thohir? I think that he will sell his 30% of the club to Zhang."
