Genoa, Andreazzoli officially sacked, Thiago Motta will coach the afternoon training session

Genoa have officially let go of coach Aurelio Andreazzoli, announcing the departure with an official statement: "Genoa Cricket and Football Club announces it has relieved cocah Aurelio Andreazzoli from the role. Official annoucements relative to the makeup of the technical staff will be coming in the next hours." Thiago Motta is set to take over the job, the former midfielder will lead the training of the first team at Pegli this afternoon. The Italo-Brazilian is set to begin his coaching journey at Genoa.
