Antonio Conte leads Inter into their next test in the Champions League, facing Borussia Dortmund after the nerazzurri fell valiantly to Barcelona in their previous match. Conte spoke to the press ahead of the match, giving his thoughts on his team's performances in the competition thus far:
"This is not a final, surely they well come after. But this is definitely an important match. We could have done more against Slavia, we deserved more against Barcelona. Now we face a strong opponent, but our mentality will not change. We want to play out our style of football and take risks. I don't know if it's enough to repeat the attempt against Barcelona to win. But I know that I don't want the team to have regrets. This is a very difficult competition and we are are trying to build a Champions League run without a lot of experience."
"Brozovic can become among the best in the world at his role. Lautaro must keep working, he mustn't think that goals are everything for a forward. Candreva? He's giving 100%, he's doing well, but he can give more. D'Ambrosio had a microfracture and will be evaluated whether he will be able to play. Sensi, I think tomorrow he will be evaluated. We'll see."
