Juventus striker Cristiano Ronaldo spoke to the press ahead of the bianconeri's Champions League match against Lokomotiv Moscow, and gave his thoughts on the club's season so far. The Portuguese is in his second season at Juventus, his first under Maurizio Sarri "I like the way we are playing, the way we get prepared for the match. I think that it's a different style, more trusting. And it's playing out. The way we move has been altered. Last year we worked hard as well, but now it is different. We create lots of shots, we are top of the league and are doing well in Champions League. We msut improve, but right now we are proud and happy, myself and the entire team.
Ronaldo also spoke on his goal scoring record: "It happened, and now it is already in the past. Again, it's the team for me that's important. Too much discussion around me? I get upset when people don't tell the truth. It hurts me. There are a lot of things in football that get me mad, or that I feel sad about: I accept them, it's part of the sport. I have a family outside of football, children, and a companion: this is what's most important to me. What makes me happy? Winning, scoring, coming home to see my kids. This is my motivation, what makes me go out and train and play."
