Frabotta isn't the only player Atalanta are targeting for the left wingback position. The bergamaschi are in fact also targeting Gian Piero Pezzella, born in '97 who played last season at Parma.
Despite the relegation to Serie B, Pezzella was one of the best players on Parma last season where he appeared in 24 matches with 4 assists and one goal.
Atalanta and Parma have ongoing talks to bring Pezzella to reinforce Gasperini's squad for next season.
