Vodafone in Egypt could lose $140 million each time Salah scores

A promotion that could be called “risky business”. A few weeks ago Vodafone in Egypt started a partnership with Liverpool offering their customers 11 free minutes worth of phone calls each time Mohamed Salah scores a goal. On one hand the promotion started on March 20th so the 36 goals the former Roma striker scored aren’t being counted, but on the other side of the ledger at this rate Salah could cost the company $140 million when you multiply the number of subscribers and minutes being gifted. These upcoming two months could prove to be rather costly..
