The negotiation between Milan and Fenerbahce for left-back Ricardo Rodriguez reached an impasse due to the transfer ban issued by the Turkish Football Federation for Financial Fair Play issues. However, the deadlock was broken today, as the TFF gave Fenerbahce the green light to make moves on the market.
The Turkish giants will now have to submit an official bid to Milan for the Swiss player, who had already agreed to a move to the Süperlig. For their part, the Rossoneri expect to reiceve Fenerbahce's offer by today, so to make their evaluations and eventually decide whether to accept it or not.
