Paulo Sousa isn't Tianjin Quanjian's coach anymore. The Chinese club has in fact decided to sack him, after he started this adventure in November 2017. The decision's official and has arrived after the 3-0 loss against Chongqing Lifang. Tianjin isn't in a positive moment and hasn't win a game in 6 successive matches (two draws, four losses).
With the team at the 13th position in the table, 27 points and a large distance from the leader who's got 55 points, the club has decided to switch coaches. Under Sousa's orders, the Quanjian has made it through the quarter of finals in AFC Champions League, but also lost important players like Anthony Modeste and Axel Witsel last summer.
