Sevilla have an agreement in principle with Isco: the player will sign a two-year contract

Isco has left Real Madrid, but will remain in Spain: the talented trequartista will in fact play with Sevilla. To give the news is the same Spanish club, which on its official website has published a statement on the principle in agreement with the player, who will shortly undergo medical examinations before signing a two-year contract with Sevilla. Isco leaves Real Madrid after nine seasons, many trophies won, 352 appearances and 53 goals scored.

Isco at Sevilla: the club's statement

Sevilla has issued an official statement with the principle of agreement with the player, who will soon - if the medical examinations go well - sign a two-year contract: "Sevilla FC has reached an agreement in principle with the player Francisco Román Alarcón Suárez, known in football as Isco (Benalmádena, Málaga, April 21, 1992) for his arrival as the third purchase of Sevilla FC for the 2022/23 season. The striker has already been in Seville since Monday to undergo medical examinations. If all goes well, he will sign the contract for the next two seasons. After taking his first steps in the clubs of the Malaga coast, when he was only 14 years old, Valencia CF noticed him. Already at a young age he made the leap to Valencia Mestalla, while his official debut with the first team came in a cup match against Logroñés. In the same season, 2010/11, he participated in two Champions League matches and one LaLiga match with Che.

In the summer of 2011 he moved to Málaga CF, who paid his termination clause and with whom, in his first season, he played 32 league games - five goals - and three in the Copa del Rey. He helped the Juventus team to reach its first ranking for the Champions League, in which the following year he played ten games scoring three goals. He completed the work in 2012/13, participating in virtually all league games, with 37 appearances and nine goals. Such is his impact in Spanish football that, at just 21 years old, he signs for Real Madrid. In his first season he played 53 games - 32 in La Liga Santander, 12 in the Champions League and nine in the Copa del Rey - with a final record of eleven goals and nine assists. It was the year - as well as his first Champions League - also his first Copa del Rey."
