The closing date of the 2019 winter transfer market will not be different from previous years. The summer market underwent a change this year for the first time by closing on August 17th instead of August 31st. The winter market will remain open until January 31st, and not close before games begin on the 19th & 20th of the month.
Initially, the Lega had anticipated closing the market earlier, but after the assembly today it was approved to return the date back to the 31st.
