Sassuolo, Politano’s injury confirmed: the medical report

After Politano’s absence for Italy against Germany, he returned to Sassuolo in order to undergo further testing. Today Sassuolo’s official website published the results of the medical examination: “The findings have shown a sprain in Politano’s left knee combined with blunt trauma to his left ankle. Further evaluations will be made in the coming days.”
