The defender is prepared to change shirts and would arrive on a permanent transfer, signing a three and a half year contract with his new club. The distance between the two clubs, which was still far apart as of yesterday, seems to be getting smaller and the deal's closure is anticipated.
The player, born in 1987, has made 9 appearances this year for Lecce and hopes to play a bigger role at his new club, despite jumping from Serie B to Serie A. At his new club he will find his old manager, De Zerbi, who he played for at Benevento.
