After their recent win against Salernitana, Sassuolo are getting ready to host Inter at the Maori stadium. The match will be particularly meaningful for the neroverdi players that have been linked to the nerazzurri.
In fact, Sassuolo's sporting director Giovanni Carnevali confirmed the interest in his players in a recent interview to Corriere dello Sport:"Marotta is someone with a long term vision. He asked me for both Raspadori and Scamacca, but he didn't get it done. We want to focus on young players and this is why we sold Caputo"
Carnevali went on:"Scamacca and Raspadori will have more opportunities to showcase themselves. Our club is not forced to sell at all cost and we only make deals when we feel it's appropriate while also focusing on what is good for the players"
