As reported by Francesco Modugno, the president is having lunch with Insigne's agent Pisacane. The pair have a complicated relationship, in fact, it's practically non-existent. The first contacts between the sides came a few weeks ago, today their meeting scheduled in the hotel where the team is staying.
Insigne commented on the contract situation in the pre-match press conference: "Based on what we are doing I hope we can write an important chapter this season. I am not thinking about any extension, if I focus on it I stop enjoying and I feel bad. The president and my agent have met and have chatted, I am calm and concentrated on this season."
