Sampdoria denies Cassano's request to train with the youth team

Antonio Cassano was unable to sign with a new club, the offer he was expecting never arrived. One offer from a second division Italian club was turned down, and Cassano had his request to Sampdoria to continue training with the youth side until June refused by the club. Now Cassano and Sampdoria have parted ways.
