Sampdoria has set its eyes on Patrick Cutrone. The Genoa based club has chosen Cutrone as a replacement should an attacker leave the club.
In addition to this, Fabio Quagliarella will turn 39 in January and the club is starting to look towards the future. Cutrone already has 27 Serie A goals in his name with Milan, who he grew up with, and Fiorentina.
Contacts have already begun it would mean a return to Serie A for Cutrone, who had a difficult season last year. He played for Wolves, Valencia and Fiorentina all in the 2020/21 season. In fact, he did not score a goal last season but with Sampdoria he could find the right environment to return to Serie A and the scoresheet.
