Federico Fazio is now set to become a Roma player as talks continue with Barcelona for Thomas Vermaelen: the Belgian defender remains a target for Roma as they had talks today with Barcelona for the player. Vermaelen remains a top target for Roma, who might also then look for another right sided wing-back to add to their roster.
Wojciech Szczęsny will be meeting with Arsenal tomorrow to resolve the last few details before then shooting out towards Italy. He should arrive in Rome tomorrow night or on Thursday morning.
