His current manager Luciano Spalletti discussed the Belgian midfielder's impact during the press conference preceding the Coppa Italia match against Lazio:"If you have ten Nainggolan you have a great team regardless of role. So it becomes easy to draw conclusions, Radja is one of those players that can do anything. He's someone that started from nothing that doesn't need to be labeled to find their space.
