Roma's Patrick Schick spoke about the details of his transfer saga from last summer: "Juventus' directors didn't approve the transfer after the medical visits. I was deciding between staying at Sampdoria or accepting another offer. In the end, I moved to Roma. Borussia Dortmund was one of the offers that Sampdoria received. I wanted to stay in Italy: I got used to the surroundings and I learned the language which led me to choose Roma. I didn't decide my transfer fee, but certainly it was an extra pressure that I got over. I am at a big club and it is justified that there would be this type of pressure. My worst moment is behind me and I hope that the best is over the horizon."
