Getting knocked-out from the Champions League at the hand of Porto could prove fatal for Roma's coach Eusebio Di Francesco. The club is in fact currently pondering their next moves in regard to the coach situation.
As soon as the team will be back in Italy, the Giallorossi's president James Pallotta and the rest of the board will make a decision on whether keeping Di Francesco or making a managerial change. Should the board decide to part ways with the current coach, the club have identified a possible solution in Claudio Ranieri, who could be considered a suitable option both by the club and the squad. On his part, the fromer Fulham manager would gladly take on the Roma job, but the decision is up to the club, that keeps pondering Di Francesco's future.
