Kostas Manolas' injury concerns could be lessening for Roma. The injury to the center back is potentially much less serious than expected. The initial prognosis had been a worry for Di Francesco's staff, but as reported by Sky Sport, the injury is thought to simply be a mild right knee strain.
On Sunday morning, Manolas will be examined to determine the timetable for his return. The goal is to bring Manolas back as soon as possible: the plan could be for him to miss the derby with Lazio next Saturday and be able to return for the Champions League return leg at Porto on March 6th.
