Following the international break, Roma will host Parma at the Stadio Olimpico on Sunday afternoon. The giallorossi's manager Paulo Fonseca gave an update on his starting eleven during the pre match press conference:"Pellegrini will be selected. Smalling isn't ready. Borja Mayoral will be the striker and I will pick Villar from the first minute. I'm not sure if we will play with three or four at the back. Now the team knows my ideas, they play better and in a way that is closer to my requests"
Fonseca was also asked about Tiago Pinto's recent appointment, he pointed out it wasn't his decision:"It was the president's choice. He's sporting director that did excellent work in Portugal by showing a lot of competence"
