Roma is currently going through a negative time, as they've lost their last three Serie A matches. Fonseca and his team take on Lecce tomorrow at the Olimpico, and the manager spoke to the press prior to the match.

"Lecce is a motivated squad, three consecutive wins, they play from the beginning, from construction. They have good players that like to have the ball. They're in a great moment with three straight wins, we hope it's not a difficult match."

"Playing in Champions next season is possible and I must be the first to make them believe. But if we don't make it, it won't be a failure. Mancini hasn't played but I don't have to say anything. He's always a player with a different behavior and he will return to the squad when I think that we'll need him. In Europa League Smalling and Fazio had a good match. Mancini is a very good player for me, everything he does is very professional."

"I think that Pellegrini understands that he didn't play well and why he didn't play well. I spoke with him to explain his errors. First he must understand. In this moment, I must make him play. I think it's important for his confidence to show that he's playing to change things in a positive way. Players that can help us will not be hidden in this moment."
