Inter is looking to bounce back from their loss against Lazio in tomorrow's match against Sampdoria. Inter manager Antonio Conte spoke to the press prior to the match.
"They're a healthy team notwithstanding their last loss that, at a numerical level, can make you think that it wasn't a match. They are alive and have a manager with great experience like Claudio Ranieri. Their roster has quality and experienced players like Quagliarella, that surprises year after year. We must pay great attention: it'll be a match to win."
"We played Sunday night and then on Thursday, it's difficult to rapidly change choices and strategies. But we must get used to these rushed matches. The intensity depends on the opponent, we are prepared and will bring it for the entire match."
On Lautaro Martinez: "He is serious and concentrated. He's doing well and must continue like that. He is 22 and has room to grow a lot. He works and is concentrated to be available. Changes in formation? It depends on the guarantees that the team gives me with the change in system. In some matches it's easier and possible to try new things, but we don't forget that everything is tried in the offensive and defensive phase. Balance is needed, we'll see if we'll have the necessary time to try new situations."
On Brozovic and Bastoni: "Both participated in Friday's training, today it'll be decisive to evaluate. Then I'll try and make the best decision."
