Roma, El Shaarawy to sign deal on Saturday, Reynolds' arrival forthcoming

Today Roma will officially welcome back Stephen El Shaarawy after the forward signs a two and a half year deal with the giallorossi. The move is the first official one under Tiago Pinto, tomorrow Bryan Reynolds, the presumed next acquisition, will depart for Rome. The American signs from FC Dallas on a loan with purchase obligation for €7m plus 15% of a future resale. As of Saturday morning there were no new contacts between Roma and Inter for the Sanchez-Dzeko deal. It appears the Bosnian will remain at Roma after the window closes. A reconciliation with Fonseca appears in the cards, and Roma has decided not to pursue the deal further.
