After two plus seasons at Benevento, Christian Maggio has left the club. The wing back has rescinded his contract with the club, with the assistance of attorney Giuseppe Bova. Maggio, now a free agent, can sign with a new club after February 1. There are three clubs currently interested: Crotone in Serie A, Ascoli in Serie B, and Bari in Serie C.
