“The goal I scored with Torino against Juventus is the best in my career, I knew I could go all the way while I was on my run. I know I still have to give a lot to my current club; Spalletti is helping me return to my previous form in Torino. This league isn’t over yet; we’re improving just as we showed against Villareal. I’d be willing to sacrifice eating churrasco for a year if we did end up taking the title.”
On Ventura and Spalletti: “Ventura taught me about Italian football, especially at a technical level. Spalletti is a maestro, always there to support me. Dzeko and Belotti? Edin has more experience, whereas Belotti is younger: He’s going to be extremely strong.”
