Inter continues to push to sign Ricardo Rodriguez but the negotiation is far from over. The wages the Swiss left back currently earns at Wolfsburg could be an issue for the nerazzurri- Rodriguez earns €8 million before taxes and Inter has offered about 30% less of that. Despite the fact that Rodriguez is very eager to play in Italy this financial aspect could be a significant obstacle, the parties will however work on resolving it.
There is also competition from PSG & Marseille for Rodriguez who has a €22 million exit clause, Inter would prefer to reach an agreement with the Wolfsburg for a different amount, but will try to do so after they reach an agreement with the player. There will be more meetings in the coming weeks to decide Rodriguez' future.
