Alvaro Morata has been one of the biggest names in the transfer market headlines. Real Madrid has a buy back option worth €30 million to re acquire the striker from Juventus, the clause is valid between the 1st and the 15th of July- so it cannot be exercised in June. In order to keep Morata the bianconeri will have to spend a substantial amount: Real Madrid's first request is €65 million.
The difference of €35 million is considerably more than the €15 million Juventus would like to spend to keep Morata. At the moment it's a deal outside of their range, although this is only the first request from the blancos. But the Morata situation has no impact on Juventus' pursuit of Mateo Kovacic, a player that Allegri likes in particular. Real Madrid would be willing to let him go for €25 million (loan with option to buy is an option), while Juventus are willing to go up to €20 million. Kovacic would be an alternative to Valencia's Andre Gomes but not Pjanic. However Juventus faces competition from Milan for Kovacic, the rossoneri are very interested in the former Inter midfielder.
