Palermo, Zamparini has harsh words for De Zerbi

Maurizio Zamparini was harshly critical in his post-match Palermo-Spezia commentary: “It was a dreadful match. The team and coach were dreadful. A day prior to the match I sent him a message on his cellphone saying that the game against Fiorentina did not interest me, but that the match against Spezia would be a psychologically delicate encounter. For this reason, I asked him to play all of our starters. Instead, he decided to put out a team with a lot of reserves. I am certain that he did this in order to be fired, and therefore, will ask for the rescission of his contract due to grave failure. I am disappointed because this is more than just an offense to me but also an offense to the people of Palermo and their passion.”
