Serie A is back after the international break and Napoli will face Sampdoria at the San Paolo, after their two away games against Fiorentina and Juventus. Lorenzo Insigne has recovered but isn't at his best yet, he could start on the bench. Arkadiusz Milik, on the other hand, hasn't even been called up. Dries Mertens should then lead the attacking front, with Llorente starting on the bench as well.
Callejon will begin on the right wing, while Younes could have a first start, behind the striker so Fabiàn Ruiz would then be playing on the left side. Zielinski seems sure to start while Allan could have some rest, giving playing time to Elmas. In defense, Di Lorenzo and Mario Rui will play on the wing, with Koulibaly in the centre. To pair with him, Maksimovic seems favourite over Manolas.
