After today's 2-2 draw against Torino, Napoli's hopes to claim the Scudetto have almost definitely vanished as now Sarri's team is six points behind Juventus, with two games remaining. The Azzurri's coach commented the game in the post match interview with Sky Sport: "We need to make our evaluations with a clear mind: we have not what it takes to be at the same level as Juventus, in some areas. That said, we have still played an extraordinary campaign: Juventus never looked like they were having a drop in form. We were also unlucky to go from a potential 2 points advantage on them to being 4 points behind in the space of 8 minutes, from the 87' of their game to the 5' of ours. We were unlucky also because we had many injuries, and for a small squad like ours Milik and Ghoulam's injuries were something difficult to handle". Napoli's coach also talked about De Laurentiis quotes and his future: "There is a €8 million release clause in my contract but there is also another one that can be triggered by Napoli for a much smaller amount. De Laurentiis' words? He voiced his thoughts out loud. The president is the man that made me the coach of the team I supported when I was a child, Napoli. Is my stint here over? I know I have given everything, I have a peculiar character, but it's the club that has to decide if my stint here is over or not. If they can not keep 6 or 7 players, then it's definitely over. I'll stay if they keep them and the club has a good transfer campaign? Too many ifs...", concluded Sarri.
