Tests this morning revealed that Napoli right-back Kevin Malcuit, who was injured during the match with Spal, has suffered a torn ACL. The club revealed the diagnosis with an official statement: "Kevin Malcuit, who left injured during Spal-Napoli, underwent diagnostic testing at Clinica Pineta Grande.
