The negotiations with Celta Vigo have been ongoing for several weeks, with the clubs now looking at the terms of payment. Those details have blocked Lobotka from taking his medicals with Napoli. The fee that the clubs have agreed to is €21m plus €4-5m in add-ons. Celta Vigo has already found their replacement for the Slovak with Rodriguez, but they don't wish to wait for the payments spread over four years, preferring a shorter timeframe, which has thus far held up the deal.
