After a surprising loss at home against Cagliari, Napoli's head coach Carlo Ancelotti discussed the result with Sky Sport: "We are disappointed about the result. We played well, we gave away very few counter attacks to our opponents. We eventually conceded because we stopped to argue a bit with the referee. We created a lot of chances and we had many scoring opportunities. In my opinion we played a great game. The first half was more balanced, in the second half we dominated. We were close to scoring, both teams played with high intensity".
The coach was finally asked about Lucas Castro's goal that gave the win to Cagliari and Koulibaly's straight red card in the dying minutes of the match: "Their goal came from a mistake of the defensive line. In my opinion Napoli played a very good game, the players gave their all. You can always do better. I'd be wary of judging a performance based only on the result. Koulibaly? I don't know what he said to the ref. It's absurd that we got a red card like that one".
