A routine check-up on Ivan Strinic has revealed an issue for the Milan fullback. A heart problem will force Strinic to the sidelines while further exams are pending. Here is Milan's statement:
"AC Milan announces that during the routine medical examinations on Ivan Strinic hypertrophy of the heart was uncovered, requiring that further examinations take place after a period of rest. As such the player must temporarily stop all sporting activity until the exams are completed."
