Maldini is helping Milan lay out their future plans. Beginning with the directorial staff, the rossoneri could add Igli Tare as the club’s new sporting director, while Maldini is also working on the addition of Boban in a yet-to-be defined role. Tare has taken up opposition, not willing to leave Lazio, especially after the transfer market has already opened. But Milan present a serious and a strong option. Boban is considering the idea of leaving FIFA to return to the rossoneri. Maldini’s plan is a solid one, but the confirmation of the pieces falling into place has not yet come: he will try to secure Tare and Boban for the new staff.
