Delicate moment for AC Milan that is struggling with results and a sixth place they have yet to conquer. Milan is now trying to overturn their season by focusing all of their energies on the Tim Cup final in order to give sense to a season to forget. More bad news for Milan come on the transfer market front, seeing as Liverpool has taken the first few steps in the negotiation with Anwar El Ghazi, Ajax’s Dutch right winger, who had been followed by the Rossoneri in previous months.
The 20 year old has told his agent Mendes that he would rather a move to the Premier League, therefore the negotiations with Liverpool have recently started, who are very interested in the player. At the moment it’s still very early stages and there hasn’t been a concrete approach to Ajax. El Ghazi is fascinated by the Premier League and Milan will have to move quickly if they want the Dutchman wearing their colours next season. Every day that passes by the player could push the player further and further away from a future in Italy.
