Five Serie A titles in a row and a Tim Cup final coming up. Juventus is unstoppable on the pitch and in the transfer market lately. Their number one objective for this upcoming summer session is obviously Valencia’s midfielder Andre Gomes who they have been observing for quite a while. It’s well known that the Bianconeri are offering 30 million plus bonus for the Portuguese starlet. A lot of the bonuses will hardly become reality but if they did they would amount to circa 20 million extra. This is because Valencia rates the player very highly. There are a few issues with the player’s agent Jorge Mendes, who is not totally convinced that bringing the player to Italy is a good idea. The meeting that was set up for tomorrow is at risk and Mendes’s trip to Italy along with Valencia’s president now seems to be postponed. The agent however has been changing his mind constantly so it’s all in the air at the moment. It’s not unthinkable that he could decide to travel to Italy tomorrow morning or wait for all the rumors to die down a little bit. Andre Gomes remains Juventus’s number one target and is completely intent on bringing him in, in view of next season.
